Paul and I checked out together on the DC9 together at Delta in 1988. I was watching a documentary on Amazon prime called Thud Pilots and saw him! Though it's been over 30 years, I'll never forget him. He was a great man and a great fighter pilot!
As I approach my own retirement from Delta in 7 months, Paul left an everlasting impression.
So sorry for losing him!
