Obituary for Michael Edward Fleming

Michael Edward  Fleming
Michael Edward Fleming, 55, of Dawsonville passed away Sunday December 27, 2015 at Northside Forsyth Hospital following a period of declining health.
Born April 20, 1960 in Gainesville, Florida, he had lived in Dawson County since 2003 having moved from Atlanta. Michael was an accomplished guitarist and played music professionally most of his life. He was also a master craftsman, using his skills in the building industry. A member of Free Chapel, he was also preceded in death by his father, Edward Walter Fleming.
Surviving are his mother, Helen Fleming Cowart, Dawsonville; sisters and brothers in law, Saundra and Bill Casey, Pensacola, FL, Kimberly Salazar and Eddie Ehlert, Atlanta.
Funeral services will be held Thursday December 31, 2015 at 11 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tom Shelnutt will officiate. Interment will follow in Dawsonville Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 until 6 at the funeral home.
