I worked with frank in the 80's at a hotel in Phoenix. He was my drinking buddy after work on Sunday morning. I watched NASCAR with him even though I wasn't into it. But we would make sure one of us would have beer on Sunday morning since you couldn't buy beer before noon then on Sunday. He always Said he was going to have Betty Page tattooed on his arm.And he did.  I drove to Carson City with him for a new job. I couldn't make it and got flown back to Phoenix by my previous employer and rehired. Meanwhile the woman he  met stole all his stuff.. we lost track after that.  He was a good friend and a lot laughs.
