Edwin F. “Frank” Kreischer, 63, of Dawsonville passed away Sunday March 22, 2015 at Mesun Hospice following a period of declining health.
Born December 6, 1951 in Macon, GA to the late Charlie and Jane Kreischer, Frank grew up in Dalton, GA and has been in Dawson County since 2001 having moved from Sandy Springs. Mr. Kreischer worked in the hotel industry for over 25 years and was formerly in management for Wyndam. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Dalton and was also preceded in death by a brother, Chip Kreischer.
Surviving are his wife, Regina Stowers Kreischer, Dawsonville; sister in law and brother in law, Deborah and Tommy Freeman, Dawsonville; brother in law and sister in law, Tim and Rebecca Stowers, Dawsonville; special friends, Judy Oliver, Dale Behnke; a number of nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday March 24, 2015 at 2 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Josh Mulkey will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until the service hour on Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to assist with final expenses.
