Obituary for Charles Robert "Robbie" Lester Jr.

Charles Robert "Robbie"  Lester Jr.
Charles Robert Lester, Jr, 54, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at his residence after a period of declining health. He had lived in Dawson County for most of his life were he worked doing residential construction. He loved fishing, camping, grilling and listening to country music.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charlie Lester and brother, Michael Lester.

He is survived by his children, Waylon Lester of Oxford, GA, Jonathan Lester of Hinesville, GA, C.J. Lester of Conyers, GA, Tiffany and Durham Harris of Gainesville, GA; mother, Frances Ayers Lester of Dawsonville, GA; step-mother, Judy Pope of Jackson, GA; sisters, Sandra Parker of Duluth, GA, Tina Ingram of Dawsonville, GA, Angie Carnes of Jackson, GA, Renee Adams of Oxford, GA; brother, Keith Lester of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Waylon Jr., Layla, Jordan, and Michael; and a special Aunt and Uncle, Louise and David Mullinax of Statem, GA. and many other relatives.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Winds of Peace Fellowship, with the Rev. Tommy Panter officiating.
