Marlene, My Neighbor

 Just when you move, you wonder who your new neighbors will be, will they be nice and kind, and will they like you?

Let me tell you, when we moved to Jotem Down Road, God Knew, Just Who Our Neighbors would be……….  He knew Long Before Us…  We moved to be closer to two Grannies who unbelievably turned out to be just like

Mrs. Marlene…We left a big yard and garden, but our back yard view is Mrs. Marlene and Mr. Troy's Big Yard and Garden…….  We met our new neighbors and they stole our hearts right away!  Mr. Troy and Mrs. Marlene are God’s masterpiece of truelove!  Mrs. Marlene and I just hit it off from the first meet and greet, she stole my heart with her smile, sweet heart, and hug and angel face.  We met our neighbors and God must have known just what we needed and missed in our new move.  God gave us Mrs. Marlene and Mr. Troy!  The more I visited, the more I fell in love with our new neighbors.

      Mrs. Marlene touched my heart with her “Love” for everyone and hopes for this sinful world.  We talked about hair, nails, kids, and church.  Every visit was unique and pleasant.  As I look across my back yard, I pray to visit Mrs. Marlene one more time because she and Mr. Troy bring so much peace to our lives.  Today, Mrs. Marlene is leaving us and making her way to her final home Heaven….Yet, I am so sad, and so sorry I never made that last visit with her...My heart is not sad for her final destination, but sad that I can no longer walk over and see her…The Greatest and Sweetest Neighbor God Ever Sent Us!  The memories I made with Mrs. Marlene are priceless and hold no price tag.  Merry Christmas Jesus because you are Gaining Our Greatest Angel Mrs. Marlene this Christmas!
