Condolence From: Martha and Ken Walker
Condolence: We are so sorry to hear about our old friend Tennessee. We worked with her in the OR at Mission Hosp. starting in the late 70's. She was an excellent scrub tech and a very hard worker. You could feel at ease when she was assigned in your room because she could handle any surgery. She was also one of the most fun people to work with and always had us laughing. The other great thing about Tennessee was her obvious love for her family. She loved her sons so much and we always knew what was going on with them because she proudly shared with everyone. She was a good example to us on how to be a loving parent. I hope all of your family can find comfort in knowing how much she was loved here in Asheville.

I have so many great memories of Tennessee throughout my childhood. She made the best mashed potatoes and cookies!! She was always so good to me, and I was heartbroken to hear about her passing.
