Obituary for Lynn Farmer Bennett

Lynn Farmer  Bennett
Lynn Farmer Bennett, 60, of Dawsonville passed away Monday February 6, 2017 at her residence following a sudden illness.
Born May 28, 1956 to the late Jack and Jeanette Farmer, she had been a resident of Dawsonville for almost 40 years after spending her early life in Tucker and Forsyth County. A devoted wife and mother, she loved the Lord and worked for a number of years as a paraprofessional and bus driver for the Dawson County School System. Lynn was an avid gardener and enjoyed watching her daughters play sports. She is also preceded in death by brothers, Doug Farmer, Ira Farmer, Nathan Farmer.
Surviving are her husband of 40 years, Anthony “Tony” Bennett, Dawsonville; daughters and sons in law, Katie and Brandon Griggs, Dawsonville, Cheyenne and Frankie Truelove, Dawsonville; brother and sister in law, Phil and Pam Farmer, Canton; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial services will be held Friday February 10, 2017 at 4 o’clock at Dawsonville Baptist Church. Rev. Danny Ray Martin will officiate.
The family will receive friends at the church from 3 o’clock until the service hour.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to help offset final expenses.
