Obituary for Jacky Evans

Jacky  Evans
Jacky Evans, 63, of Dawsonville passed away Wednesday November 23, 2016 at Northside Forsyth Hospital following a period of declining health.
Born April 7, 1953 in Cobb County to the late Jack and Barbara Evans, he had lived in Dawson County for over 30 years. Mr. Evans worked most of his life as a heavy equipment operator and truck drive. He was a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church and was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and four wheeling. He was also preceded in death by a brother, John Evans.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret Evans, Dawsonville; children, Roger Garrett, Kelly Evans and Crystal Pulley, Tracie Evans, all of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Harmony, Joshua, Corbin, Kelsey; brother and sister in law, Tommy and Tammy Evans, Hickory Flats; sisters and brothers in law, Betty and Tiny Mitchell, Woodstock, Vicky and Allen Duran, Cumming; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Graveside services will be held Sunday November 27, 2016 at 3 o’clock at Greenlawn Cemetery, Roswell, GA. Rev. Mark Flowers and Rev. Lamar Day will officiate.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 4 until 8 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
