Message: I believe people like Rene are angels sent to earth by God to see who takes care of them. They do not sin nor are capable of sin therefore they go straight to heaven when they die. I know Merle Samples will certainly get his ticket punched at the pearly gates along wiith her Father and other relatives who so selflessly made sure her life was a good one.

Message: Rene was a delight to the family. Despite her constant health problems, she thrived through the years. She was so loved by her family and extended families. Especially remember her brother Merle and her sister Debbie who for the last several years took turn about staying with Rene so she could be taken care of at home; as well as looking after their Mama as long as she was able to be at home, and still found time to be there for Lucy too.
