I was saddened to hear about Gus’s passing. I remember as kid watching him play football and how good of a running back he was. Always enjoyed talking football and life with him! Prayers for his family.

I cherished the 20+ years I got to spend with you Pops. You set the standard for me, as to how a man was to give away his daughter when A man ask for her hand in marriage. That was the scariest day of my life and I carried that fear for 5 years until you called me Son for the first time, and said you loved me. I knew it wasn't easy for you to give me your trust, and from that moment I made a promise that I would never break it. I love, miss, and will continue to hold my promise to you! Love you Pops! M.
