RANDY WOODWARD

I would like to express my condolences to the family of Leah, what a wonderful caring person she was. I met Leah when she was in Augusta working at Ryans Steakhouse over 25 years ago, my 3 year old son and I would eat there quite a bit. Leah would always come over and talk to my son Josh and play with his ninja turtle figures that he would bring with him. From her kindness we would develop a long and wonderful friendship, we always kept in touch after she moved away and she always wanted to know what Josh was doing. The last time I saw Leah was at Josh's wedding at Stone Mountain and she was so happy for Josh and we all got to talk about old times, it was a great day. That was the last time I would see her but not the last time we would talk, when my son and his wife had a baby girl i'll never forget she sent us a text saying that you spell her name "Leah", she was always joking around and was so excited for them. Evelyn, which we call Evie is now 13 months old and my last communication with Leah is one i'll never forget and will always keep on my messenger. I sent her a video of Evie on October 4 and she replied "LOVE IT...she does look exactly like Josh..." That's the last words i'll ever hear from my friend Leah until we meet again in the Glory of God in Heaven, she was so full of love. She loved her family so much, we are all so blessed to have had her in our lives. Enjoy your new life with Jesus Christ my sweet friend Love, Randy Woodward
