We send our thoughts and prayers to all of Tom's family. He was a kind and gentle soul and loved his family so much! He was also a great friend and a true patriot. He truly loved his community and country, and spent many an hour working towards the ideals of the Democratic Party. He was especially concerned about the young people who didn't finish high school and so we began to give a scholarship yearly to READ to help defray the cost of taking the GED Test. We will rename this scholarship in his honor--The Tom Foley Memorial GED Scholarship and we will continue to award this every year to the READ program. We will miss him!!
