Obituary for Anthony Dwight James

Anthony Dwight James, 67, of Buford passed away Wednesday July 6, 2016 at Gwinnett Medical Center following a period of declining health.
Born February 23, 1949 to the late Donnie and Gladys James he moved to Buford after living in Dawson County. For many years he owned and operated Saxon Pest Control in Buford. Mr. James was U. S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam. While growing up he loved to play baseball and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan.
Surviving are his sisters and brothers in law, Barbara and Billy Mullinax, Forsyth County, Janet and Bill Lingerfelt, Dahlonega, Joan and J. L. Nolan, Dawsonville, Jennifer Johnson, Florida; brother, Franklin Jesse James, Dawsonville; nieces and nephews, Joy Niven, Forsyth County, Donnie William Munda, Dawsonville, Rodney Lee James, Temple, Roxanne Lingerfelt, Dawsonville, Tammy Grogan, Forsyth County; and a number of other relatives.
Graveside services will be held Friday July 8, 2016 at 11 o’clock at Haw Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
