Condolence From: John Pusztay
Condolence: I remember when Lance lived on Daisy Ave. in Cleveland. I met him when both of us attended Heritage Christian School in the 7th grade. He, Mike Fox, and I had many classes together and became good friends. He was always very kind and I don't ever recall him being capable of getting angry at anyone. The last couple weeks he's been on my mind and I made a note to friend him on Facebook. I was deeply saddened and shocked by finding his obituary. Just wish I could've tried to reconnect sooner. He is sorely missed.

Condolence From: Angela Smith
Condolence: I didn't have the opportunity of knowing you as well as I would have liked. But I adored your character with and without the mask...and admired your love for the haunt. You were truly creatively captivating and I secretly wished to be as inspired as you! I met you, Lance, before I officially met Fluffy, but loved you both. You will be remembered as your hauntingly effective and exquisite Fluffy but moreso, for your gentle, sweet and loving spirit.

Condolence From: Allegra "Stitches" Shurtliff
Condolence: You will always be my Fluffy. Three years ago, when Fluffy proposed to Stitches, i'll never forget it! It's still my favorite photo of you. . . Being Stitches without you will never be the same. This past HauntCon was the best ever and i'm so glad i got to share it with you. You've been a wonderful friend to me for many years and i can never measure how much you have enriched my life by simply being a part of it. All of us here wish we could have had more time with you. My crew wishes they could have met you and given you a tour of our show. Now you will forever be a part of it as we are constructing a memorial for you in our cemetery. You will always be in our hearts, and myself especially will miss you always. . . Sneak sneak.Love you.Stitches

Condolence: Lance, while I didn't know you on a personal level, it was a honor to work with you over the years at the House. You were our mentor, our inspiration, the Haunter we all wish we could be, and a legend. You touch the hearts and souls of so many with you blood soaked hands, and showed us what passion for Haunting truly is. You will be greatly missed, but out of the ashes, the phoenix of your passionate being will rise and remain true in our hearts as we continue inspiring fear in your name.

Condolence From: Jen Sharlow & Nathan Zwiefel
Condolence: I loved my conversations with Lance. He always wanted to know how he could help animals because he loved them so much. Lance also wanted to help Nathan restore his Hearse and was constantly posting photos of his (Lances) own hearse for Nathan to see. Such a wonderful, kind person. If the world followed in Lances' footsteps, we would all be better people and live with kindness and respect. for each other. With only 46 years on this planet, Lance left an enormous impression on all of us. How lucky we all were to know Lance. . Nathan and I send such love and positive thoughts your way....

Condolence From: Jeff Davis
Condolence: I met lance at HAuNTcon over 4 years ago. He was dressed up in his "Fluffy" costume and was letting people take pictures of him. He was very excited about being part of the halloween community and was a very nice guy. I saw him every year at HAuNTcon or at least the ones he attended. I got to know a little bit about Lance personally this past year as we sat and talked about his life while making some foam stacked books with a skull and candle on it that we offered as a make-n-take. Always a little different but also the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. I am saddened at the haunting communities loss and the fact that I'll never see "Fluffy" at a costume ball again. My heart goes out to his family for their loss and to let them know there is a large community all over the country that is morning with you.
