Condolence: Ruth & Susan, I am so sorry and sad to know Dave has passed. He touched my life more than I can tell you. He was such a unique man and boss. I have many fond memories of working for him. I have shared these stories for my whole life with much love. He was quick witted, a little loud sometimes and a true gentleman. He expected the best from me and never let me do any thing less. His heart was huge and he was generous to all. God bless you and I pray for your family. I know the loss is great.

Condolence: It is with a sad heart for the Sutton families loss and a glad heart for heavens gain that I learned of Dave’s passing. I have many fond memories of Dave. Always ready with a jab of dry humor, wit that was unmatched and knowledge of construction that was greatly beneficial to a young (then) contractor, commercial real estate appraiser, broker and environmentalist where Dave’s mentoring was truly put to use. Dave was a true gentleman, a GODly man and a friend and he will be missed. Our prayers for a peace that surpasses all human understanding for the Sutton family and Dave's many friends!

Condolence: Dear Sutton family, We are so sorry to learn about this. We have followed your dad's health decline for years through his friends. My father Wayne Lisle loved your dad as they had many business and friend things together. My mother Jenetta loved Ruth and fondly recalls the trips taken together and other things.
