Condolence: I was stationed with Steve in Munich, Germany and we became good friends. We had some fun times together and Steve was a very stand up kind of person. He was always ready to help anyone he could. RIP my Brother and friend.

Condolence: Steve was always a very intelligent person. Although he seemed like a walking encyclopedia at times, which could be intimidating, he would use his quick wit to, in an instant, change the moment from serious to jovial. Clay & I visited with him at Emory after the accident and observed his steadfast determination to recover as fully as he possibly could.
