Obituary for Helen T. Dunn

Helen T.  Dunn
Helen T. Dunn, 71, of Cumming passed away Thursday November 2, 2017 following a sudden illness.
Born September 2, 1946 in Dawson County to the late Huston and Pauline Trammell, she lived most of her life in Forsyth County. Helen was formerly employed by the Hoover Group and continued to work as a caregiver. An expert seamstress, she also enjoyed crafts and one of her passions was bargain hunting. She was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church and was also preceded in death by her sisters, Imogene Ridings, Teresa Ryan; and a brother Buck Trammell.
Surviving are her children, Jimmy Martin, Cumming, Patty Martin, Dawsonville, Stacey Luebke, Cumming, Charles and Beth Martin, Cumming; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters and brother in law, Susie Smith, Dahlonega, Paulette and Gary Bennett, Ball Ground, Katherine Holt, Jasper, Janice Burns, Jasper; brothers, Thomas Trammell, Ball Ground, Tim Trammell, Atlanta; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Sunday November 5, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bobby Trammell and Rev. William Blackwell will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 until 8 at the funeral home.
