Jeffrey S. “Bodine” Roberts, 52, of Dawsonville passed away Sunday February 19, 2017 at his residence following a short illness.
Born April 24, 1964 in Forsyth County to the late Benny and Linda Roberts, he had lived in Dawson County since 1986 having moved from Hall County. Jeffrey worked as a dry wall installer and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Forsyth County. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving are his daughter, Kelsey Ann Roberts, Dawsonville; grandchildren, Bryan L. Wisenbarger, Jr., Avery Roberts; and a sister, Tonya Crawford.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 21, 2017 at 2 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Allen Swafford will officiate. Interment will follow in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Forsyth County.
The family will receive friends Monday from 5 until 8 at the funeral home.
