Obituary for Conrad McClure

Conrad  McClure
Conrad McClure, 83, of Dawsonville passed away Tuesday December 6, 2016.
Born February 10, 1933 in Gilmer County to the late Dewey and Alma McClure, he had lived in Dawson County for the past 54 years. A certified electrician, he was formerly employed by Dale Electric after which he was the maintenance director for the Dawson County School System. Conrad was a deacon at Lighthouse Baptist Church and was a member of Chestatee Lodge #102 F & AM. He was also preceded in death by an infant sister.
Surviving are his daughter and son in law, Sandra and Johnny McBrayer, Dawsonville; grandchildren, Brooke and Jason Williams, Chris and Amy McBrayer; great grandchildren, Emma Williams, Brady Williams, Kynna Williams, Blakely Williams, Landon Lee, Alivia McBrayer; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Thursday December 8, 2016 at 2 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Troy Foster, Rev. Terry Cowart and Rev. Jordan Reece will officiate. Interment will follow in the Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3 until 8 at the funeral home.
